God forbid if it were broken, it is a great headache to deal with insurance claims.

We try to keep everything listed on our site in stock.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we may be out of stock.

If so, you will be notified of the approximate delivery date you can expect your item.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT CLAIMS:

Although its very unusual it can happen. If your item arrives damaged:

1.  You must contact us with in 5 days of delivery to receive an RMA #

2.  Return Item to us Freight Prepaid with Tracking and Insurance for an Exchange

3:  After receipt of your damaged item we will send out a replacement

4:  No RMA#, No Tracking #, No Insurance, No Exchange.
